I use my long-term experience, both in-house (in New York) and freelance in my work. As a very experienced translator and writer, I can offer top quality translation into English. Some of my works have been published (poetry and short stories)-- otherwise, most of my experience is in the legal field, linguistics and literature, including extensive work for the City of New York and the New York State Courts. I also have some experience with translation of medical records, academic texts, financial translation, pharmaceutical materials and medical trials.
Experience:
2001- present: translator of literature, legal translator and interpreter for the New York State Unified Court System and the Federal Court of the United States, writer, freelance journalist (in English only), linguist working on some language reconstruction projects and independent linguistic studies. Most of my legal experience is in contracts, personal injury, medical malpractice and criminal law. I have also done some subtitling work for a few US and British companies, as well as video translations.
