Context В договоре дается определение:
Balance of Plant Engineering - means any and all design by the Equipment Supplier of equipment and any associated facilities (balance of plant) that are not intended to be procured by Equipment Supplier but are required to enable performance of the process and which shall be procured by the General Contractor, as further specified in the Appendices 1A & IB, Appendix 4, the Attachment to Appendix 4 and Appendix 10.
