I'm just not really sure what this means. It seems like the sentence should say "By 2012 the sales of the 11 retail locations will be equal to more the 6 million Euro." I'm not 100% sure though since I've never heard or seen "regime" used this way and my dictionaries aren't helping. Thanks to all!
