Insure the exhibits to be delivered by the MUSEUM to the PARTNER on the basis of the list, the Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement, subject to the “nail-to-nail” conditions with responsibility for all risks within the whole period of transporting the works on the route Moscow – Paris - Moscow and the period of exhibiting the Exhibition at the Museum of XX (France).
