A LEARNING CURVE-BALL
I entered a small but very modern SCC looking for information on education programs. I wanted to find out how to open an RESP. [...] He called me across the centre to where the printer was, and handed me some print-outs about RESPs. He told me to read through it, and to visit a bank if I needed more information. The information he provided me with did not seem to warrant the amount of time that he was gone.
