Aim of Establishing A Pakistani Languages Agency

After having worked as freelance linguistics for Pakistani language solutions for over a decade, I've observed that there was dearth of agencies that cater to the clients' linguistics needs for Pakistani languages in Urdu. There are hadly one or two Pakistan-based agencies having native Urdu linguists and those too aren't that vibrant and progressive.
Most of the agencies that claim to be offering Pakistani languages are Indian and a few from the Middle East, EU or other Asian nations. These agencies mostly do not have in-house Pakistani language experts. They solely rely translators' online databases like Translatorscafe and Proz to hire the services of Pakistani languages experts either directly or through job postings and offer them humiliatingly low rates. This obviously has an impact on the quality of the work and to make the things worse these foreign agencies do not have in-house editors, proofreaders or quality experts to assess the standard of the translation texts.

With this view, we felt the need to establish an agency that cater to the growing demand for linguistic services in Urdu and other Pakistani languages. We aim to promote Urdu as a vibrant and progressive language and to prevent its linguistic abuse at the hands irrelevant and in-experienced translators. We aim to provide not only word-to-word transformation of one language into another, but linguistic services blended by cultural and dialectic niceties, scientific and social evolution, ethnic and regional complexities.
