Hello, thank you so much for visiting my homepage.

I was born and raised in Japan. Educated in Japanese schools and studied in college and university in California to pursue higher education. I was majored in Linguistics and Liberal Arts that also required the completion of non-language courses such as Chemistry, Anthropology, Psychology, Political Science and Health Education. Back in Japan, after having engaged in import business dealing in fancy clothes, cosmetics, supplements, novelties, etc, I obtained Official Diploma in Translation and Interpretation in 1998.

Thanks to my educational background as well as to hands-on experience in commerce, I acquired versatile skills that enable me to produce accurate and creative Japanese translations suitable for business and administrative fields.

In 2006, after having freelanced domestically for 6 years, I started to expand my client base abroad. Since then, I have worked with more than 50 agencies around the world. It can be safely said that I am somebody who knows how languages and cultures work in communications.

Apart from language-related activities, my interests also include doing business and making investments for the future. Motivated by my love for business and entrepreneurship, I decided to team up with my partner and branch out into offering full translation services in 2008. Since then, I’ve been building slowly but firmly a team of trusted linguists together with my partner and extending my network to offer outstanding Japanese language services.
