Review
A monolingual review aims at assessing the suitability of the final translation for the agreed purpose. It is meant as a proofreading without looking at the original document. At this stage, it is assumed that any translation and language issue has been resolved, and the reviewer can concentrate fully on the legibility, fluidity, and technical adequacy of the translation.
