I have been using "nationwide" for this type of phrase. Now I am wondering if you can apply nationwide to other countries like Spain in this case. Does the term "nationwide" apply only to the USA?

I would like to know about the use of the slash to separate years in Spain. Does this mean "1920 to 1922", "1920 and 1922" or something else. I am hesitant to change it, but I don't recall seeing years expressed this way in U.S. English.

I have seen this wod in many documents from Spain. I know that it is not exactly what Americans call a "cafeteria". The dictionary says it's a "coffe bar". I am not comfortable with using this word because I have never seen a coffe bar before much less ...

I would favor dropping the "loin" part, as I have generally seen it written this way on U.S. menus.

The term "preserves" is fitting for a menu, and it covers several possibilities.

I guess I got stuck on the "wide" part. I had never heard the word used for any other country than my own.

I think the writer was influenced by an English text. There are snippets of English interspersed throughout the text... The corpus analysis software was no doubt in English.

I don't see myself entering a "light fare eatery". If I ever saw that on the window (which I haven't), I'd keep on walking. What about using: cafetería (light fare eatery). Too much?

At coffee shops, however, you can get wine and beer in the U.S. At least at what they call European style "cafés", you can.

But "cafeteria" is "autoservicio", or in schools it could be what they call "casino" in Chile...
