LVPrivate and Public Dictionaries
Dictionary authors who are Master Members (paying authors) can make their dictionary private or public. Master Members have the right to create lists of members who have access to their private dictionaries. This feature will allow translators to work on a single translation using the same terminology.
All other members can make their dictionaries only public.
As careless editing of dictionary structure can destroy a dictionary, only authors, moderators and administrators can edit dictionary structure.
All dictionary authors can allow or prohibit editing entries in their own dictionaries (this requirement is not applied to dictionary structure editing only authors, moderators and administrators can edit the structure).
However, only administrators and moderators will create dictionaries used for Terminology Help and any registered member can edit their entries.
