I gather that 'belastinglatentie' refers to deferred tax, and that 'actief' and 'passief' refer to assets and liabilities, but is it as straightforward as saying 'deferred tax on assets and liabilities', or have I interpreted this incorrectly?

The contracting parties are always defined as RENTER and HIRER. Ho delle difficoltà a rendere la differenza fra queste due figure, perchè sul vocabolario inglese sia "rent" che "hire" significano sia dare che prendere a noleggio. Avevo pensato a "affittuario" e "noleggiatore", ma l'affitto è più riferito a beni immobili, mentre il noleggio a beni mobili. Consigli?
