From the description of a photographic exhibition based on an ecotone theme. I have google-scoured but can't actually find an English equivalent, assuming that this expression does relate to R.Barthes? Nor can I work out what it actually means! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is from a manual for bakery equipment. It is unclear whether the negative "do not" applies only to the part "steam clean", or to the entire sentence including "use a jet of water" and "allow water...". I feel as though the context doesn't really explain. Common sense and technical insight is required. Thanks.

Buenas noches: "Málaga la mar de bueno" es el título de un párrafo que explica una ruta gastronómica en Málaga y un concurso culinario en el que podrán degustarse os mejores platos culinarios, típicos de Málaga. "La mar de bueno" es en este contexto un juego de palabras, "mar de" como muchísimo y "mar" también como referencia a la costa malagueña. Es una expresión coloquial.
