Context 源侧BSC 应通过HandoffRequire 消息将源侧BSC 使用的业务选项80b0H 发送到MSC，MSC 通过Handoff Request 消息将业务选项80b0H 带到目标侧BSC；目标侧BSC 能够通过这个业务选项的值来确定采用如3.1 节所述的媒体透传处理，实现媒体透传业务的BSC 间硬切换。
