• Hospital Care Assurance Program (HCAP)

To Apply
If you are interested in learning more about these programs, please contact the program coordinator at (614) 293-0860. A financial counselor will begin the application process. First, your application will be sent to the county in which you reside for Medicaid. If you are ineligible for Medicaid, that same application can then be used for HCAP and then Charity Care."
