Responsibilities: translation and proofreading of financial and legal documents such as contracts (purchase and leasehold agreements, shareholders’ agreements, etc.), financial statements (income statement, balance sheet and notes), annual, half-year and quarterly results, equity analysis, brochures on financial products and investment vehicles (such as funds and subfunds), prospectuses, reports on asset and portfolio management, lawsuit-related literature (claims, out-of-court settlements, orders, judgments, etc.), powers of attorney, corporate communications and presentations, press releases, certificates and mainstream press articles on economics and legal affairs, among others. Occasionally, I also work in the language pair DE-ES.
