-B.A( bachelor degree)  in English from Ibb university with accumulative grade of (81, 71%) very good.

   -computer applications programs; Windows, word, excel, power point, access, typing Arabic and English and internet.

-Vocational abilities and courses obtained through training courses such as (how to be creative?) and (The art of verbal communication). 

-Very fluent English and Arabic; able to communicate in English and Arabic fluently, spontaneously and freely both spoken and written.

- freelance-corresponder; responsible for receiving, translating and sending business E-mails.
