University: School of Law and Social Sciences, University of Buenos Aires. Graduated in 1976 as a Solicitor and Attorney-at-Law (“Procurador y Abogado”)
My career has been in the fields of banking in Argetina during 30 years, and in Spain in the fields of real estate/mortgage brokerage, legal and financial work and translations. In this last field during 2008 I have completed a 108.344 target words financial/accounting translation ENG/SPA of a book on the IFRS and the IAS, together with their texts. Recently I have also completed a financial market reports job FR/SPA of 7088 words for a major french client. And I am currently translating various types of similar financial, as well as legal, documents on a monthly basis, for financial institutions, legal firms and well known translation agencies in Spain, the U.K., the USA and France. 2006-present: Currently I am a freelance real estate/mortgage broker, legal and financial advisor and professional translator and interpreter. - I run my own consultancy business, “Euroffice Advisory Services”.
2004-December 2005: I worked as a Financial and Banking Coordinator and Mortgage Broker for the Eurobrokers/Eurogroup/Countryworld organization in Arroyo de la Miel - Benalmádena, Málaga, Spain, participating in real estate transactions.
I have also been a freelance Financial and Banking Advisor and Technical Consultant to Fund Research and Advisors (York Trust Group), a Marbella- and Geneva-based financial boutique specializing in advising and recommending both traditional and sophisticated financial methods to European entrepreneurs,
as well as arranging financial packages and finding investment partners for
medium- and large-scale projects. I was also a Financial Engineering Advisor.
1998-2004: Was a partner in Banking Consulting Services, an independent consultant and in-country representative for small and medium-sized foreign banks (generally European) wishing to do business in Argentina, including real estate investments for their private banking clients. Also became a freelance translator and interpreter, specializing in legal, financial and business texts.

1982-1998: Banco Roberts, today HSBC Argentina. Senior Manager and Head of International Department. Involved in trade financing, corporate financing, project financing, syndications, capital market bonds and securities issues, correspondent banks, privatizations, emerging market bonds trading, debt-to-equity transactions, and asset-backed (mortgage-backed) securities issues. Banco Roberts was the official advisor to the Argentinean government in the privatization of the telephone systems and of YPF (the state-owned petroleum company). I was one of the senior members of the task force formed in the bank to handle these privatizations.

Attended all of the IMF, IDB and Felaban Annual Meetings from 1982 until 1998. During the last 20 years have travelled extensively throughout the U.S.A. and Western Europe.
