Following this principle during 7 years of activity we have created a large database of information and gained wide experience of implementing long-term translation projects. Pursuing our activities we follow a unique quality standard established on the basis of long experience of working with the most demanding customers and adopt a quality management system complying with the ISO standards. In order to meet our customers’ expectations, our quality manager builds and supervises teams of translators who have great expertise in the relevant area of translation. During long years of co-operation these teams have developed a skill of harmonising terminology used when translating documents of a particular project as well as compiling and updating project dictionaries. Harmonisation of the terms applied in voluminous documents is ensured by the use of special software, databases, the use of material provided by the customer, negotiations, etc. Thus we create terminology databases for each translation project which are constantly updated and used by the whole translation team and project partners. The final harmonisation of the documents’ style and terminology is done by proofreaders.

We translated documentation for the EU project under Financial Crime Investigation Service, the EU project under the Police Department under the Ministry of the Interior, the EU project under the National Audit Office of the Republic of Lithuania, the EU project under the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Social Security and Labour, the EU project under the Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, and the EU project under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania.
In cooperation with the largest Western European translation agencies, such as Lionbridge, Merrill Brink, Connected language services, etc., we translated documentation for PHILIPS, BOBCAT, Google and other customers.
