I have been translating the public service packages of social life, immigration and rehabilitation issues, socio-cultural and linguistic issues, training materials etc from English to Pashto and Dari (Persian) and vice versa. Worked as Translator and Radio Production Assistant with the BBC London Pashto and Persian sections where as a Translator I was translating materials and reports from Pashto and Persian into English. As Radio Production Assistant I would take reports from our reporters from Afghanistan, Pakistan and Uzbekistan through telephone and FTP, transcribing and editing them and attending live transmission.
During my career with the BBC World Service I also worked for Afghan Education Drama Project Pashto and Persian Section in Bush House London where as a Radio Production Assistant my responsibility was to prepare, edit, transcribe and record all the Afghan educational programs such as New Home New Life, Our World Our Life (youth education), Lifeline, Home and Environment, Village Voice, English by Radio and Health and Life programmes. I was preparing and organizing all these programmes ready for broadcasting 7 days a week.
Additional to the tasks mentioned above during my career with BBC World Service, I was also translating Afghanistan related important interviews from Pashto and Persian into English, updating BBC Pashto programme website, attending Pashto and Persian live transmission, archiving materials, audio outputting and typing in Pashto and Persian on line were my other tasks when working with the BBC Pashto and Persian Sections in Bush House London.

I worked as translator of English, Pashto and Persian languages with the Save the Children, Sweden (Radda Barnen) / United Nation Comprehensive Disabled Afghan Project (UNCDAP) in Peshawar Pakistan. Besides being as translator here I also worked as Trainers Supervisor and Trainer for Social Work and Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) of people with disability in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
I was the main source for the training of field trainers of the CDAP project in Wardak, Logar and Ghazni provinces in Afghanistan. Our main office was based in Peshawar, but had training centres inside Afghanistan where frequently I would conduct training sessions for the field trainers. After the training I would visit and supervised the filed trainers in their areas, followed up their training sessions conducted for the field workers and community members and provide them with the required feedback for more effectiveness of the CBR programmes for the rehabilitation and of people with disabilities and their integration into their communities.

Beside of my full time working with Radda Barnen Training Unit in Peshawar, I also worked as a freelancer with the BBC Afghan Education Drama Project in Peshawar. I was preparing and making interviews in different sections of social life of Afghans in their refugee environment in Pakistan and in their own home land Afghanistan. I was producing different packages in Pashto and Persian Sections for the BBC several social programs such as Village Voice, Youth Life and Women programs.
