I was responsible for teaching a very wide range of Japanese children, adults and
groups for a thriving school in Aichi-ken, generating my own materials, learning written
and spoken Japanese and fully integrating into Japanese society.

I spent two highly successful years as a language lecturer in Ngee Ann Polytechnic,
Singapore.  I was responsible for teaching classes of up to 35 in English, French
and German.  My work also included administration, creating original curriculum

I was in charge of processing and editing stories, creating my own stories and
column for a national newspaper; directing projects and overseeing the look and feel

Travel
Visited most of Europe, America 2x, France (lived for 1 yr), Australia (lived for 2.5 yrs),
Dubai, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore (lived for 5 yrs) and Japan.

Culture
New member of the Japan-British society in Tokyo and very interested in meeting new
people, and discovering more about new societies and cultures.  Member of Foreign

Long distance runner with marathons completed in Sheffield, Paris and Madrid in 3hrs.

newspapers.  I enjoy every aspect of language.  Languages are my special forte.
