The products consist of, among others, cattle feeds (cow, pig) and poultry feeds (layers, broiler and duck). Presently, the company has a total production capacity of 650,000 tons a year in its factories in Jakarta, Surabaya and Medan combined.

a.Supporting the non-ERP applications, related with user-support.

Company Profile: PT Pos Indonesia is a government institution which managing and delivering mails. PT Pos Indonesia has an ISP division named Wasantara, which serve internet connection and other services such as email provider, maintenance service.
Jobs and responsibilities: In this company, I worked as a technician trainee. My job is to solve any problems related to computer hardware, software, and internetworking (trouble-shooting).
