1998 – 2003

During this period, I worked for two major international pharmaceutical companies, both having established English as their default intern communication language:

·             Aventis Pharma Romania (sept. 2002- dec. 2003)

·             Servier Industrie Romania (sept 1998 – sept. 2002)

 The diversity of positions and activities I accomplished in this period provided me with an important experience of medical translations, made as part of the daily job

It consisted of medical literature concerning almost all medical specialties, clinical articles, scientifical research articles, medical product information summaries, pharmaceutical registration specifications, pharmaceutical technical sheets,  patient guides and information materials, adverse reaction case reports, pharmaceutical industry press releases, medical and pharmaceutical presentations, health education materials and many, many others.

It is worthed to mention in a special position the very direct experience I accumulated with the clinical studies specific terminology, reports, protocols and special demands, customary to both English- and Romanian-speaking medical communities.
