Whenever I am out of the office, the e-mail (only primary address) will be answered by a colleague who acts as a backup and has all necessary information to keep things running; should the backup colleague be unavailable, there is an answering service to receive calls from clients – Note: my backup does NOT read or understand German, only English, Spanish and Dutch
