Twenty years experience as a translator from English to German, including sixteen years as a freelancer. Four years experience as interpreter (conference, simultaneous/whisper, consecutive, telephone). Two years experience as translation manager for Headquarters British Forces Germany with corresponding organizational and people skills.

Master's degree studies in the fields of law (German and British); English, American and French literature and linguistics, African languages. Translation diploma for the language combination English - German with merits in scientific and business translation and distinction in interpreting. Additional credits in linguistics.
