Profile
I have recently completed an MA in Transport and Logistics Management at the University of Greenwich, and I am awaiting my results. Since arriving in the UK in December 2007, I have been working as a part-time interpreter and translator (Turkish/English) for several organisations. I have a Level 3 NVQ Community Interpreting qualification, so I am well aware of the principles and ethics of interpreting. I am well organised and very punctual. I am very good at interpersonal skills, creating trust, and motivating people. I have good energy levels, and I am hardworking and reliable.
I am also teaching part-time at the University of Greenwich.
I am seeking freelance interpreting and translation work to extend my experience.
