translator for about 6 years and certainly have a lot of experience, translating a number of different types of

texts. I care very much about the quality of my work and would never commit to a job, if I am not 100%

Language: English to Danish.

Translated several pages on an online gaming site. Wording was young and fun, very marketing related.

August 2009

Language: English to Danish.

Translated brochure on German poultry. A marketing brochure on German poultry – written for people in the poultry business and not to the end consumer. Technical and marketing related text of 2000 words.

July 2009

Language: Norwegian to English.

Translated technical content for Norwegian government. Language was extremely technical and demanded a great deal of understanding for the topic – an electronic platform for a Norwegian service portal. Translated a total of 80.000 words in the course of a month.

2009

Language: English to Danish.

Translated brochure, manuals and business cards for "Mobilvask"; a larger cleaning business located in greater Copenhagen. The project included some interpretation as well. Word count: 15.000 words in 14 days. Language was highly technical but should at the same time relate to the "man on the street".

Language: English to Hebrew/ Hebrew to English.

Translated brochures, manuals and company database for "Lahav Et Tzur"; a large factory in the electronic equipment business. The company wanted to reach out to international customers and alongside the translation I assisted with marketing strategies. The project was a great success. Word count: 10.000 words.

Translated online dating site from Swedish to English. The language was rather simple, but the volume was large. Word count: 50.000 words.

Nov 07 – Dec 08            Marketing and Service Manager: Spiral Solutions in Bar Lev, Israel.

                                    In the marketing department of an international high tech company. My areas of responsibility were maintaining and enhancing a large group of international customers, business intelligence, Risk issues, financial processing and logistic management. Further to this I managed a large project to improve customer service and brand awareness.

Oct 05 – Nov 07             Back Office Coordinator and Manager: Brightmark in Carmiel, Israel.

Coordinator of the Back Office department at Brightmark, a company that provides customer service to online casinos with international customer group. The call center is based on personal and high-quality customer service for regular as well as VIP players.

                                    As Back Office Coordinator I would have direct contact with players and assist the support agents, as well as managing the shifts of up to 20 service agents. Further to this, my work included supervising the correspondence between departments and writing work manuals.

April 03 – Aug 04           Store Manager of Sheik’s, in London, England.

                                    Specialist food store, with Middle Eastern products. I worked as adviser in opening the store, training the staff, and ordering product range from local and international suppliers. After the opening of the store, my responsibilities were daily management of store and staff of app. 20 employees along with continued product management and placing.
