Organising multilingual translation projects, ensuring a high standard of translation on time and within budget, liaising with clients, working with translation memory software.

07/2004-08/2005: Quality Lift Products - Technical Support Department
Whilst taking care of the day to day running of the department (handling inbound customers calls in English, managing customer accounts, liaising with engineers, etc) and producing the management accounts, I also undertook all in-house translating/interpreting requirements. Ranging from interpreting in meetings, business trips and contract negotiations to translation of all company documentation. During my service at QLP Ltd, I gained a good knowledge of the shipping, transport and lift industry.

04/2003-06/2004: Freelance Translator for a number of English Translation agencies and Spanish teacher in England. Occasional interpreting.
