STUDIES

I’ve studied at the International School of Milan(English school in Italy) since I was 3 years old until 9th grade, obtaining at the same time the Italian Diploma di licenza media.

High school: Linguistic Italian high school (studied especially literature) called liceo linguistico Internazionale group Oxford studying 1st foreign language English; 2nd French; 3rd Spanish.

In the scholastic year 2004/2005 I’ve obtained the Linguistic Diploma with vote : 95/100.

Year 2007 - Degree at Milan’s University – Linguistic Mediation - vote 98/110. (Languages English and Cinese)

- English email costumer service for an Italian Engineering company between 08/2008 and 12/2008. The job consisted in answering to clients email giving them support for the maintenance works on the company's product and in giving support to their questions and inquiries for spare parts in both Italian and English languages.

- English and Italian email and telephone costumer service for Filmhouse between 02/2007 and 05/2008. The job consisted in answering to the possible future clients to questions regarding new subscriptions, rates, contract and service supplied by the company. Average work per week:  20/30 hours. Ref.
