1996/98 - In-house translator for Allen-Bradley, Cleveland, OHIO (USA).
Duties: leader of Italian team, translation and DTP of technical documentation (User Manuals, Quick Reference Guides, Installation Instructions, Technical Specs, etc.), marketing publications, glossary development, recruitment of freelance translators.

1998/02 - In-house translator for Rockwell Automation Italy, Milan.
Duties: translation and DTP of technical documentation and marketing publications, revision of texts.

2002/present - Rockwell Automation, Italy - Customer Communication Localization Specialist. Responsible for quality control of localized technical and commercial documentation, building  and managing glossaries, validation of translated publications, selection of vendors, etc..
