In 1998, I studied legal, technical, commercial, literary, scientific and journalistic translation (English to Spanish, Spanish to English) at the Facultad de Lenguas - Universidad Nacional de Cordoba in Argentina.
Other courses
From 1989 to 1996 I studied English at the Cultura Britanica in Argentina and later passed the Cambridge University “TOEFL” test and “The First Certificate in English”. During 2001 I specialised in teacher training and storytelling courses from Trinity College, England. These courses took place in Cordoba, Argentina.

Argentina:
English to Spanish Translator
I have translated for physicians, travel agencies and websites over a period of three years. I have also worked for mechanical engineers and translated several technical manuals.
English and Spanish Teacher
I have been teaching English for six years to small groups of children, teenagers and adults and also worked as an English teacher at Helston School, in the city of Cordoba, Argentina: beginners, intermediate and advanced courses. I have prepared teenagers for Spanish exams at high school.

I have worked as a freelance translator in the fields of science (assays, reports, research), technology (computers, internet, electronics), medicine, business (accounting, finance, banking) and international trade (shipping, quoting, pricing, contracts). I also worked as a translator for a translation company and German School of Languages, Intellego, (www.intellego.de), where my principal translation work was scientific and technical.
