► Software Publisher's DESCRIPTION: Split large files into smaller ones. This file splitting tool has an intuitive user interface that can input file sizes greater than 2GB and chunk files sizes up to 2GB for most media formats including CD-ROM, DVD, etc. All settings are saved between sessions and you have the ability to redirect output to a different drive or path. This program adapts automatically to German, English, Danish, French, Portugese, Spanish, Swedish, Indonesian, Italian and Dutch Windows version. That means on a French system it speaks French, on a Spanish system it is in Spanish, etc. All languages are built into one file.

► NK's RATING & NOTES: Translators often have to deal with large files and for this reason we often have problems especially when we need to send those files. The problems are easily solvable when you have such a tool as Chainsaw. This tiny app (179KB) doesn't need installation, it is very easy to use and it works as a charm. You can send the splitted file and the addressee doesn't need this program to be on his computer for assembly: all he has to do is to click on the batch file. Highly recommended.
