Absolutely. It may take somebody 100 hours of Mathematics to be able to prove all the theorems of the world while for someone else 100,000 hrs. and more would do no good.

Generally, you will find me very responsive to the post-modernist relativity of everything...

The best choice will be Cantonese (Chinese).The half of the world speak chinese,so it will be a good investment.
