Is the DLPT enough to be a translator?

Good Morning Everyone,

Am posting this request because i wish to know if i can infact be a translator with the DLPT test. I wonder if any of you have come across this question before, and if not what steps do i need to take to become one. Feel free to answer in any of the following languages.  Spanish, Italian, French, Portugues, Pucki, or Nihongo.  Thank you very much for your help, Is muchly appreciated.
