Thanks,

However, it might be a good idea to time it with one of Glasgow's festivals (http://www.glasgow.gov.uk/en/Residents/ArtsDevelopment/festivalsandevents.htm).
Just so long as we do it before September, from which time I will be spending most days in Edinburgh for a while.

Do you know where Bishop Street was? Don't search the map, it's gone for ever. That's where my father (+grandfather, greatgrandfather) made paint to protect The Queen Mary and Queen Elisabeth liners. I would love to come, but I am residing in the south of France.]
Good luck, Brian Morrison

I'm based in Spain now, but might be back over in summer to see the family and friends, so could possibly attend. The last time I tried to get translation work in Glasgow I got zero response. I found it hard to even get TEFL work too, although I did work on one summer TEFLA course in Edinburgh in 1990.
Please keep me up to date on your plans for the meet.
Be lucky, nm
