which is The European Consumer Centre Denmark where the text, albeit paraphrased and in plain legal language, can be seen in Danish as well as English, may be the best bet.

I really meant that one should translate the name of the law into English, in this case, just the way a title is translated, and the numbers of the articles, letters, etc left exactly as in the original text. The name of the law in Danish quoted in the parenthesis is also a very good idea, along with the English translation.
