Can somebody perhaps explain to me the mystery of lutfisk. Somebody was trying to explain it to me before but I still do not know exactly what it is and how to make it, probably impossible outside of Sweden. What are your favourite foods? |

I really like sweet potato casserole and lots of veggies, but I feel like I'm the only one so maybe we will skip those this year. I am having guests from out of town, who hopefully will each make something special. Usually in my family there is an abundance of carbs like mashed potatoes, potato salad, and rolls. Oh and of course a gazillion pies! And of course cranberry sauce. |

It is usually a very big feast. We put a fish scale under the tablecloth for good luck.
