Hi folks,

Below you can see 10 images that were used at the home page of TranslatorsCafe.com for the self-promotion 'Standing out of the crowd' campaign (it's idea is well described in Post #154569). I was inspired to create this poll by the discussion that you can read in the thread called TranslatorCafe photos.

I think it would be interesting to know what images our colleagues like better and later on to compare the results of this poll with real statistics (after some time of voting I will tell you which images have the highest CTR - Clickthrough Ratio).

And now have fun (the results of the vote will be hidden until you have voted, you are allowed to vote for more than one option):

P.S. Ad click-through ratio (CTR)

Click-through ratio (CTR) is the ratio of the number of times an ad is clicked divided by the number of times an ad is viewed.

Formula:
([ads clicked] / [ads viewed] ) x 100

Interpretation:
CTR is a measure for effectiveness of advertisements.

Direction: More is better

Unit: Percentage

Just to add - I'm a dog person, so - I'd like some dog pictures (not just blondes, stones, cats...)

I have to agree with this observation.

The invitation to become a member should at least be shown in the title tags of the images, to view it when you hoover your mouse over it. I'd bet that this would increase the click-through rate..
