Time to have a first look at the results of this exercise. I voted "No" (as to any other invasion, including Georgian movement into S. Ossetia) just to be able to check the outcome of the poll. Apart from my technical vote, three people said no to this latest invasion (at least two must have been the two Georgians posters), one (probably their posting adversary) said yes, and one (probably the protesting member) said s/he was not interested. So, this has been a strictly internal exercise between the handful of posters.

The average number of viewings per posting in both Georgian threads stands at 16 while in this thread it is 12. This is way below most of other TC threads. That's what I hinted at when mentioning the optimization of the flow of messages. Running two parallel threads on the same subject, with dozens of posts per day, will dilute any interest anyone may have in this subject.

Strictly for a better focus, would you agree that we freeze this particular thread and keep just one Georgian thread open to avoid schizophrenia? (You can always quote from a frozen thread by copying and pasting posts without using the normal Quote button.)
