transcription/translation ES/EN

Hello everyone,

I have looked in the Forums, but have been unable to find answers regarding rates for this kind of work. The way I see it there should be a rate per minute of audio transcription. What about the translation part? Do you charge per translated word on top of the audio time? How do you figure out the price?
