     1995 – 2002 propagation of  Lilies,  Zantedeschia, Hosta supplemented by minor crops like Waterplants or Heuchera for dutch company Vitro Centre International bv with annual production ranging 9 milions and  crew of  40 cutting people. Responsibilities are: I stadium (lilies), upgrading of material for further successful reproduction in shadow labs worldwide, regular reproduction of final product, crew formation and control, daily scheduling and control , weekly and monthly plannig according to final orders, deliveries of in vitro material assuring that QMS objectives are fulfilled, carry tests and experiments for R&D  of the VCI Holland, inroduce new protocols to mass-production scale, oversee the proper data  and new protocols recordings,  smooth operation of  technical equipment (laminar tables, media preparator ).   

    1990 – 1995 reproduction of Llies, cut and pot Gerbera , Syngonium  and  Hydrangea for  Cultiss Holland bv the firm of  Mr. Jan Marelis. The Vitroplantex company was a sole representative of  Cultiss gerbera varieties on polish market. Duties covered post vitro weaning of gerbera. Production in vitro was as high as 700 000 pces per  year with 7 – 8 people.

     1984 – 1990 managing production of up to 600 000 plants per year with a crew of  6 – 8 people.  Major crops were Gerbera, Gipsophyllum, Lilies, Syngonium, Kalanchoe, Hosta, Kivi, Ficus, Azaleas, Strawberries for polish market as well as to Holland, France, Hungary and Finland. Besides the in vitro reproduction also responsible for the I Stadium and new protocoles investigation,  post – vitro treatment and for dealing with customers .
