B.A. in English as a Second Language from the University of Tirana, Albania. Strong background in grammar and understanding of languages. Degree and training in ESL, TESOL and translation/interpretation techniques. Trained in Albania and United States.

Worked as an in-house translator and interpreter for the Albanian Development Council focusing on projects with the Albanian Government.
