1973 Laurea in lingue e letterature straniere (francese e spagnolo) 110/110 – Università di Salerno.

Durante le vacanze estive musicista nei villaggi del Club Méditerranée di Palinuro, Otranto e Cefalù.

1973 – 1975 Traduttore di francese presso lo Stato Maggiore Difesa Roma e giocatore di rugby nella squadra della Marina Militare.

1976 – 2005 Professore di lingua e letteratura francese, Capo del dipartimento lingue straniere del liceo “Galizia” di Nocera Inferiore (Salerno) e coordinatore degli scambi culturali con la Francia.

Dal 2006 lascio l’insegnamento e intraprendo l’attività di traduttore freelance
