• Translation of marketing materials for the agency’s clients which included: Nestlé’s “Más de Nestlé” Hispanic Marketing Program, Reckitt Banckiser and the Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, among others.
• In charge of procurement and preparation of estimates for production of print materials, premiums, and audio/visual production for all clients.

• Developed, coordinated and executed marketing plans that included communications strategies such as advertising, promotions, direct marketing, promotional materials (banners, brochures, flyers) direct marketing and opening events.
• Developed customer satisfaction presentations that included research, questionnaire design, phone surveys and final analysis presentation to clients such as Lexus.
• Redesigned and presented agency credentials in new business presentations.  These generated new clients and various business leads.
• Wrote, translated and distributed articles, press releases and editorials for the agency’s clients including Lexus, Gymboree Play & Music and Fernando Pena among others.
