ABOUT OUR COMPANY:

IntegralDocs provides translation, proofreading, and transcription services since September 2001. All our production team is based in Argentina. All our translators are licensed (this means they studied at university level for 3 to 4 years and passed an exam with the Argentina's Translators Association). Our quality assurance procedure features continuous review, from order to final delivery, to guarantee our customers' satisfaction. We have successfully undertaking several high-volume translation projects.

AVAILABILITY:

Our Buenos Aires, Argentina office is opened Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Argentina Time (which is 2 hours later than US Central Time).

We have translators in several languages but specialize in Spanish-English and English-Spanish. We can provide localized translations (South-American, Central-American, Caribbean, Spain, US Hispanic, or neutral Spanish). We have specialized and technical translators in several areas, such as legal, medical, engineering, etc.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

We protect our client's confidentiality. We never contact the client of an outsourced or subcontracted project without prior authorization. We can sign a confidentiality agreement upon request.
