From 1983- 2005: Engaged in trading activities (auto spare parts; importer, wholesaler, retailer and supplier) as well as the free lance translation.

Worked as a freelancer, a translation reviser and a proofreader for one of the largest translation agencies in Egypt and the Middle East (Mitsco).
