Verify that the selected character set is the right one and also make sure that the delimiters are correct. Open the CSV file in a text editor to check the delimiters. Try to save the file as UTF-8 using Notepad. If you have problems selecting the character set, send your CSV file to tech@maxprograms.com and you will get an answer. Regards, Rodolfo
