Foreign translations, July 2009- ongoing
Translation of documents for immunology projects, specifically, test reports for different immunoessays, with principles, methodology, components, general procedures, etc. From English into Spanish.

Translation from English into Spanish of technical documents, mainly instruction manuals for a wide range of electric and electronic devices. A considerable amount of work completed on car lifts.

Position: Head of Member Assistance

Hands on role managing the customer service team in the headquarters of this lifestyle management private member club, with responsibility for the different specialist teams and the general 24 hour assistance service, with a total of over 30 staff.

My achievements were mainly related to my Head of the Customer Service function and leader of strategies for the entire company and its 44 offices all over the world.

Position: Customer Response Manager

Operational responsibility for the back office of this Telecoms Company with a team of 46 in the UK and management of the workflow for a team of 60 based in 2 call centres in India. Initial work was focused in providing a robust structure and optimising existing processes, followed by validation of training materials covering areas of customer services performance.

May 1999 – Jul 2004 VODAFONE LTD, London

Position: Customer Service Team Manager

Managed and developed 3 teams of up to 34 agents in total with 2 Coaches in order to consistently meet the standards required by the business and deliver a World Class customer service. Managed integration of the customer service operational areas during the acquisition of other companies by Vodafone to realign processes and customers databases.
