As a team leader (until Mar 2007) I was also involved in the project management, supervising work progress, quality assurance and schedule compliance, and performed the liaison between Portuguese and UK software companies. Additional tasks: translation and testing of UI files, manuals editing, final DTP and QA. As from Aug 2005, working off-site and accumulating with freelance activity. UIs and guides 400,000w.

Jun 2004 
Joined the Portuguese translation team (in-house) for the localization of i2 Group applications (EN > PT/PTB), involving translation, editing and proofreading of software, documentation and marketing materials, as well as image capture and final DTP using FrameMaker 7.

Graduated at the University of Lisbon, in Modern Languages and Literature, Portuguese and English Studies, in addition to several different part-time and full-time jobs.

1997-1998 Secretary in interior architects office.
1992-1996 Manager in a stationery shop.
1986-1992 Officer in shipping agency, in charge of inbound shipping cargo department.
