Completed a 2-year professional insurance training at the Company's Headquarters in Cologne, covering: policy underwriting (marine and property insurance), claims handling, insurance English, marketing, business and economy, bookkeeping, customer service. I also took part in a simulation of managing a big insurance firm, which my group won (I was the head of the Board): certificate available upon request.

Accomplishing translating and office tasks exclusively for the members of the Board, preparing documents and setting appointments, attending business meetings and writing memos. As a translator, I also supervised the work of a part-time translator.
