Started working as an administrative clerk, doing translation, insurance, and general office work, such as filing, and answering phones.

1998, January – 2009, July

Transferred to the newly formed IT department, still doing translation and general office work, but now have the additional duties of supporting all SAP system users, including accounting, purchasing, marketing and production. Resigned from the post to do full-time translation work.
